From the beginning

Our History

  • The EIA founders have been working in Egypt with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare market. While there was a growing demand in the market for a total service, turnkey, Assistance Company, providing services all over Egypt especially within the rural areas and off the beaten track.

  • Egypt In-Touch Assistance became the first ISO9001 certified Assistance Company in Egypt and the Middle East, specialized in offering medical & non-medical assistance services all over Egypt.

  • Cost Control Unit initiated under the policy of keeping the medical care at its best, and also minimizing the cost.

  • Fraud Investigation Unit initiated as the need of such a unit became clear after detecting various fraud cases within our operation.

  • Egypt In-Touch Assistance won of the BID International Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology Award in Frankfurt.

  • International Patient Program initiated through the growing need for patient to travel abroad for medical treatment .

  • Relocation of the head office due to increase numbers of manpower and work capacity to a multi floors building, in a more quiet and healthy location to assure the best work environment for our employees, also to maintain a good image for our guests and partners.
