  • Fraud within travel insurance, a more local insight!

    FRAUD in insurance market - specially when it comes to be inter-nations like travel, international health ...etc - is a continuous annoying story.

    Fraud is defined as the intentional act of deceiving, concealing, or misrepresenting information that results in unnecessary healthcare costs being paid. Fraud is illegal and a good example is a falsified claim while Abuse is the engagement in practices that are inconsistent with clinical standards, leading to unnecessary costs being paid.

    I won't discuss here FRAUD per se which it a very wide subject we can discuss in other articles.
