Egypt in Touch Assistance main office is strategically located in down town Hurghada where phone representatives are available 24/7 to process claims and receive requests. The head office is well equipped with international phone lines, Internet access, and instant fax machines.
Emergency requests are processed immediately; where as routine claims are processed in the same day it is received. A medical reviewer is available within the premises during normal business hours and available 24/7 through the phone.
