Egypt In-Touch Company is a leading company in the
provision of medical, technical and medical assistance’s services, and other
related services. The company is committed to meet customer requirements and
increasing customer satisfaction through continual improvement of its quality
management system that is going to be attempted through:
The commitment to be in compliance with
ISO9001:2000 standard requirements.
The continual training for the staff that their
jobs affect services’ quality, so as to develop and update their skills in
addition to continual awareness with quality management system importance.
Provision of resources like infrastructure,
material, equipments ..etc.., that lead to customer satisfaction.
Establishing and reviewing of quality
objectives in the manner of meeting the customer requirements, increasing
customer satisfaction, and continual improvement.
